Product Overview
The JZ YP Series Pharmaceutical Stability Test Chamber is designed for stability studies, accelerated testing, intermediate-condition testing, and long-term sample storage involving pharmaceutical products, active pharmaceutical ingredients, formulations, packaging materials, and health products. The integrated system combines temperature and humidity control, forced-air circulation, data acquisition, storage, and alarm functions to provide stable environmental conditions for pharmaceutical research and quality-control laboratories.
How It Works
Heating, refrigeration, humidification, and dehumidification components work with precision temperature and humidity sensors. A circulating air duct promotes uniform conditions throughout the chamber, while the microprocessor controller continuously adjusts the system to maintain the programmed setpoints. Test data are recorded automatically during extended operation for long-term stability and accelerated aging studies.

Standard JZ-YP models are supplied without lighting. JZ-YP Z models provide adjustable three-sided illumination for combined stability and photostability testing.
A corrosion-resistant stainless-steel chamber, optimized refrigeration and humidification system, low operating noise, and easy-clean surfaces support long-term use and routine maintenance.
