Product Overview
The JZ-ZL6500 Series Intelligent Integrated Distillation System is designed for laboratory distillation during sample pretreatment. It combines constant temperature heating, automated distillation, circulating condensation, intelligent endpoint control, anti-suck-back protection, and dry-heating protection in one unit. Compared with conventional multi-component distillation setups, the integrated design simplifies installation and operation while improving safety and process consistency for water, food, environmental, and chemical testing laboratories.
How It Works
Based on steam distillation, the instrument uses far-infrared heating to boil the sample and generate vapor. The built-in circulating condensation system cools and liquefies the vapor to produce the distillate. Sensors monitor the process in real time, and heating stops automatically when the preset time or endpoint condition is reached. Anti-suck-back protection and coordinated water and power control support automated, safer distillation pretreatment.
Key Advantages
Heating, condensation, temperature control, receiving, and protection functions are combined in a single platform. Six commonly used standard-method programs are built in for quick selection and one-touch startup.
Heating, distillation, condensation, endpoint shutdown, and delayed cooling-water shutdown are controlled automatically. Six samples can be processed simultaneously to support routine high-throughput work.
Models with a closed-loop chiller do not require a continuous external tap-water supply. The far-infrared ceramic heating system provides efficient heat conversion; the source specification states energy savings of more than 30 percent compared with conventional heating equipment.
Depending on the model, anti-vacuum solenoid valves or dual anti-suck-back protection using shutoff and pressure-relief valves help prevent distillate backflow. Dry-heating and coordinated water and power protection further improve operating safety.
Suitable for distillation pretreatment in analyses of ammonia nitrogen, volatile phenols, cyanide, and sulfide in water, as well as sulfur dioxide, formaldehyde, and alcohol content in food samples.
