Product Overview
The JZ85 Series Vertical Separatory Funnel Shaker is designed for batch liquid liquid extraction, mixing, and shaking during the pretreatment of water, food, environmental, and chemical samples. Its vertical reciprocating motion replaces repetitive manual shaking and basic single position devices, allowing multiple separatory funnels to be processed simultaneously under consistent, controlled conditions. The compact integrated design combines stable operation, straightforward control, and dependable performance.

A precision low noise motor and standardized vertical travel provide consistent force without unwanted lateral movement, helping improve the repeatability of extraction results and support standardized laboratory procedures.
Anti-slip, anti-release clamps hold the funnels securely, while overload and motor overheat protection help protect the instrument during operation. Vibration and noise reduction measures improve the working environment.

Multiple models are available for six or eight separatory funnels, with optional venting configurations to suit different testing workflows.
