Product Overview
The JZFD Series Single Cell Flotation Machine is designed for laboratory and small-scale mineral separation. It is suitable for flotation tests, reagent formulation trials, beneficiation process development, and small-sample purification of metallic and non-metallic ores. The integrated single-cell design combines agitation, aeration, slurry mixing, froth separation, scraping, and concentrate collection in a compact unit. Adjustable speed, liquid level, and froth scraping controls provide repeatable test conditions for mineral processing laboratories.
How It Works
The motor drives the impeller at high speed to create negative pressure, drawing air into the slurry while thoroughly mixing the mineral particles and flotation reagents. Hydrophobic mineral particles attach to the air bubbles and rise to form a mineralized froth layer. An adjustable scraper removes the froth for collection, while the gate controls the slurry level to support effective separation of valuable minerals from gangue.
Key Advantages
Agitation, aeration, automatic froth scraping, liquid-level adjustment, and power transmission are integrated into a single cell, reducing floor-space requirements and simplifying setup and cleaning.
Impeller speed, pulp level, and scraping speed can be adjusted to suit different ores, reagents, and process conditions, supporting consistent and repeatable laboratory results.
The matched impeller and stator promote uniform agitation, fine bubble generation, and thorough contact between mineral particles, reagents, and air for efficient flotation separation.
The machine is designed for low power consumption and convenient cleaning. Durable core components and a straightforward structure help reduce routine maintenance and minimize residual slurry between tests.
Suitable for flotation studies involving gold, silver, copper, iron, lead, zinc, coal, fluorite, talc, and other metallic or non-metallic minerals.

Applications
Commonly used in mine beneficiation laboratories, geological exploration organizations, industrial quality control departments, university mineral-processing laboratories, and beneficiation process research institutes. The system supports small-sample testing, reagent optimization, process-condition studies, and small-scale mineral separation.
