Product Overview
The JZHRD 9000 Automatic Ash Fusibility Tester determines the characteristic fusion temperatures of ash from coal and other solid materials. The split-system instrument combines computer control, high-temperature heating, video imaging, automatic image storage, and automated recognition of the four ash-fusion characteristic temperatures. It is designed for coal, power-generation, metallurgy, coking, and research laboratories that evaluate ash behavior at elevated temperatures.
How It Works
A prepared ash cone is heated under a controlled oxidizing or mildly reducing atmosphere while a high-definition camera continuously records changes in its shape. The software analyzes the image sequence and identifies the deformation temperature, softening temperature, hemispherical temperature, and flow temperature. Stored images can be replayed for manual verification, comparison, and further analysis.
Key Advantages
The heating program, image acquisition, storage, and characteristic-temperature recognition are integrated into an automated test workflow.
A high-resolution camera clearly displays the changing ash-cone profile throughout the heating process.
Images and related data are stored for convenient review, manual judgment, result comparison, and audit support.
An ultra-fine thermocouple design minimizes obstruction of the ash-cone image during observation.
The software displays the heating curve and supports optional printing of ash-cone images and associated test data.

Applications
Suitable for coal mines, thermal power plants, metallurgical facilities, coking plants, solid-fuel laboratories, universities, and research institutes that need to evaluate ash fusion behavior for fuel selection, combustion, slagging assessment, and process control.
