Product Overview
The JZLR 9000 Series Automatic Oxygen Bomb Calorimeter measures the calorific value of combustible solid and liquid samples. It is suitable for coal, biomass, petroleum products, chemicals, construction materials, and research samples. The system automatically determines bomb calorific value and supports calculation of gross and net calorific values using the relevant sample data. Automated operation, stable temperature measurement, and multiple throughput configurations make the series suitable for routine laboratory testing.
How It Works
A weighed sample is placed in the oxygen bomb, which is filled with high-pressure oxygen and sealed inside an inner vessel containing a measured quantity of water. After automatic electrical ignition, the sample burns completely and transfers heat to the surrounding water. A precision temperature sensor records the temperature change before and after combustion. Using the system heat capacity, the instrument calculates the bomb calorific value and can derive gross and net calorific values from moisture, sulfur, and hydrogen data entered for the sample.

Key Advantages
The oxygen-bomb system, water circulation, ignition, temperature acquisition, calculation, printing, and protection functions are integrated into a compact laboratory platform with straightforward test setup.
A high-sensitivity sensor provides rapid temperature response and fine resolution, while the sealed oxygen bomb supports complete combustion and repeatable calorific-value results.
Models are available for 20 or 30 consecutive tests, continuous operation with intelligent temperature control, and computer-controlled continuous testing.
Touchscreen interfaces, automatic calculation, and integrated or computer-connected printing simplify routine testing and result documentation.
Corrosion-resistant water-circulation components, a durable pump, and an easily removable oxygen bomb support convenient cleaning and extended laboratory operation.

Applications
Designed for coal laboratories, biomass and biofuel testing, petroleum and chemical analysis, building-material testing, industrial quality control, universities, and research institutes. The instrument supports batch testing where rapid, repeatable determination of sample heating value is required.
