Product Overview
The Microcrystalline Graphite COD Digester is an intelligent laboratory digestion system developed for the high temperature pretreatment of water samples prior to COD, total phosphorus, total nitrogen, and related analyses. Designed to support methods specified in relevant national standards, it uses a microcrystalline graphite heating module instead of a conventional metal heater. This provides rapid heating, uniform temperature distribution, corrosion resistance, and high temperature durability. The integrated system combines temperature control, heating, constant temperature protection, timed digestion, and batch sample processing in a compact instrument.

How It Works
Key Advantages
The graphite heating module, intelligent temperature controller, constant temperature protection, and timer are combined in a compact structure that requires no complicated assembly or setup.
Users can set the digestion temperature, holding time, and preheating time. Heating, temperature holding, and digestion are controlled automatically, with an end of cycle reminder and constant temperature standby for high throughput laboratory workflows.
The microcrystalline graphite module offers efficient heat transfer and good heat retention, helping reduce warmup time and temperature variation between sample positions for more repeatable results.
The heating system operates without high frequency vibration and is designed for low energy consumption during temperature holding, making it suitable for quiet laboratory environments.
Corrosion resistant, oxidation resistant, and high temperature resistant components help extend service life. The robust structure requires minimal routine maintenance and is easy to clean.
