Product Overview
The Automatic Mechanical Impurities Tester is designed for determining mechanical impurities in petroleum products, including hydrocarbons, heavy oils, lubricating oils, and additives. The integrated instrument combines solvent preheating, heated filtration funnels, dual-channel vacuum filtration, result calculation, data storage, and printing. It is designed in accordance with GB/T 511-2010, Determination of Mechanical Impurities in Petroleum Products and Additives.
How It Works
The Automatic Mechanical Impurities Tester is designed for determining mechanical impurities in petroleum products, including hydrocarbons, heavy oils, lubricating oils, and additives. The integrated instrument combines solvent preheating, heated filtration funnels, dual-channel vacuum filtration, result calculation, data storage, and printing. It is designed in accordance with GB/T 511-2010, Determination of Mechanical Impurities in Petroleum Products and Additives.
Key Advantages
A built-in maintenance-free vacuum pump eliminates the need for a separate external vacuum source.
Two independently controlled vacuum-filtration channels support efficient parallel sample processing.
Independent PID control regulates the two solvent-oil preheating channels and the heated filtration funnels accurately.
The main unit performs preheating, temperature holding, vacuum filtration, calculation, storage, and printing without an external water bath.
Two RS232 interfaces support direct weight input from an analytical balance and connection to a laboratory information management system.

Control and Data Functions
Applications
Suitable for petroleum refineries, lubricant manufacturers, fuel and oil testing laboratories, inspection organizations, universities, research institutes, and industrial quality-control laboratories that determine insoluble mechanical contaminants in petroleum products and additives.
