Product Overview
The JZ101 Series drying oven is designed for laboratories and advanced-material manufacturers. It supports sample drying, heat treatment, constant-temperature drying, material curing, dehydration and dehumidification. With uniform temperature distribution, a robust cabinet and straightforward operation, the series is suitable for universities, research institutes, new-materials companies, chemical laboratories, mineral testing and electronics applications.
Working Principle
Electrical heating elements generate heat while a centrifugal fan circulates air through an internal duct in a closed loop. The moving hot air transfers heat evenly across sample surfaces and accelerates moisture evaporation. Moist air is discharged through the top exhaust valve. A PT100 sensor continuously monitors chamber temperature, and the PID controller automatically adjusts heating power to maintain the setpoint. Thermal insulation in the cabinet walls reduces heat loss and supports stable, uniform drying.
